1) Open the "HiP2P Client app", click "Settings " to login system, default password: leave it empty, then click "OK".

2)  Enter the settings interface and click "input UID" to add the camera.

Three modes of night vision: Ordinary night vision, Color night vision, and intelligent night vision.

1) Ordinary night vision: The camera turns on the infrared light at night to show the black and white image.
2) Color night vision: The camera turns on the white light at night to show the color image.
3) Intelligent Night Vision: The camera turns on the infrared light at night and switches to white light if an alarm is triggered to deter intruders.

How to open: Open "CamHipro APP", tap the camera to enter the control interface, slide the interface to page 3, set the night vision mode you need.

1.1 Go to your cell phone’s Wi-Fi Setting -- search Wi-Fi signals -- connect the Wi-Fi.

1）Reinsert the SD card into the camera, turn off the power, and restart the camera!

4. How to format the SD card?

1. Check if the camera is successfully connected to power: Blocking the light sensor of the camera. If the camera infrared light is turned on at this time, it means that the camera has been successfully connected to the power supply. (The first time the PTZ camera is successfully connected to the power supply will perform a self-check, the camera will automatically pan and rotate, and the whole process lasts about 60s)

2. Check whether the local network is connected: use the network cable to connect the camera, and then use the CamHipro APP to connect the camera. If it can be connected, it proves that the local network is connected.

3. Check the WiFi signal strength: Please check first whether the camera antenna is damaged and whether the interface is tightened → Then open the 【CamHipro APP】 → Click the 【setting button】 → Click 【Wireless setting】 → Click 【Get the wireless network around the device】 → Check the WiFi signal strength, if the signal strength is too low, you need to improve the WiFi environment, for example, use a WiFi signal booster or place the camera where the WiFi signal strength is high

Method A, use the software to reset the camera: Open the CamHipro APP → Click the 【Settings button】 → Click 【Default setting】 → Click 【Reset】 → Wait 60 seconds, the camera will reset to factory settings → Reconfigure the camera.

Method B, reset the camera using hardware: Make sure the camera is kept on → Press and hold the reset button on the camera tail line for more than 10 seconds, when the camera makes a burst of music, release the reset button → Wait 60 seconds, the camera will reset to factory settings → Reconfigure the camera.

2) Turn off the Human tracking:  Open the "CamHipro app", click on the camera to enter the gimbal, swipe to page 3, select the "Preset Position" interface, enter "103", click "call".

Use the power adapter to connect the screen → Turn on the screen's power switch → Long press the power button at the bottom of the camera → The camera's blue indicator light is always on → The camera automatically connects to the screen and can display videos without any settings.

Open the menu interface of Monitor → Select "System Setup" → Select "Wireless Internet" → Select "Hotsport list" → Select your home WiFi and enter the WiFi password → Click the QR code in the upper right corner of the interface → Open EseeCloud APP, click the "+" button, select "Scan to add", and scan the QR code in the Monitor interface to complete the addition.

"Open the menu interface of Monitor → Select "Match Code" → Turn on the camera power, then reset the camera → Click the "Match Code" button in the interface, wait for the system to automatically search and add the camera → After the camera is added successfully, click "Stop Add" to end.

Note: When adding a battery camera, the camera needs to be in the awakened state to be added successfully."

We recommend using the power adapter in the package to power the Monitor. If you need to use batteries, you can purchase additional 18650 lithium batteries to power the Monitor.

Solar cell power supply mode (default): The camera will only record when the alarm is triggered, until the detected target disappears from the monitoring area, and the maximum recording time is 3 minutes.

Power adapter power supply mode: The camera records continuously 24/7. (To enable this mode: first connect the 5V 1A power adapter to the camera and make sure the camera battery power is above 80% → enter the Monitor menu interface → select "Alarm Setup" → select the camera channel → select "Power Management" → set to "Keep Recording".

"Indoor" mode: The camera will wake up to record video when a person or moving object is detected.

"Outdoor" mode: The camera will wake up to record video only when a person is detected.

Setting it to "Outdoor" will reduce the frequency of the camera triggering the alarm. We recommend setting it to "Indoor" mode to avoid missing any important events.

The angle of camera installation will directly affect the triggering of PIR, for example:

a. The direction of horizontal movement with the triggering direction of the PIR device, that is, radial movement of objects, PIR triggering is the least sensitive, and even causes no triggering;

b. The direction of vertical movement with the triggering direction of the PIR device, that is, horizontal movement of objects, PIR triggering is more sensitive;

c. Do not install the camera in the corner of the door to avoid blocking the camera when the door is opened；

d. Do not install the camera in a backlight position facing the window. Backlight installation will reduce the sensitivity of PIR；

e. Ensure that the camera is installed at a 8.2-foot to 9.8-foot overlooking angle, otherwise it will affect the PIR triggering.

We recommend that you refer to the above camera installation standards and readjust the camera installation position.

Open the menu interface of Monitor → select "Alarm Setup" → select the camera channel → select "Video Cover" → select the privacy area you need to cover → click the return button in the upper left corner, and click "Return" to complete the setting.

Open the menu interface of Monitor → select "Alarm Setup" → select the camera channel → select "Ircut mode" → select full color or infrared night vision mode according to your needs.

1. Insert the SIM card when the camera is not turned on, then turn on the camera (make sure the device has enough power, if the camera has run out of power, the device does not show any indicator lights), check if the SIM card is inserted correctly, the blue indicator light will always be on after the SIM card is inserted and recognized by the device;

2. Add the "4G camera" via "CamHipro" APP, scan the QR code on the device;

5. The app will require you to change the password when the first time you add the device, after changing the password, wait for the camera to be online.

 (Note: If the SIM card is inserted when the camera is powered on, the camera will not be recognized).

If the camera shows offline, please check as below:
1. Check if the camera has enough power, if the camera has run out of battery, please charge the device with a  DC 5V 2A power adapter, a red light is always on near the charging port during charging;

2. Check that the CamHipro APP allows access to cellular data and wireless LAN, click "Settings" on your mobile phone, find the "CamHipro" app, and check if you have allowed "WLAN & Cellular Data";

3. Troubleshooting with indicator lights
(1) If the red indicator light keeps blinking, please check whether the SIM card is inserted correctly, there is a locking action when the card is inserted into the device correctly.
(2) If the red and blue lights flash alternately, you need to confirm whether the SIM card traffic balance is sufficient and the installation environment signal is excellent;

4. whether the correct type of SIM card is being used. We recommend using the SIM card that came with our camera, if you are using your own SIM card, please let us know your SIM card operator and card number to ensure compatibility with this camera.)

1. Use the power adapter to connect the Monitor and turn on the Monitor's power switch (at the bottom of the device);
2. Long press the camera's power button, and the camera will play a burst of music when it turns on, and the indicator light will be on yellow;
3. The camera will automatically connect to the Monitor and display the video without any settings.

After the APP is successfully added, it will prompt whether to purchase cloud storage. Just click "Skip" in the upper right corner, and then click "Don't experience" to refuse to purchase. Our solar kit has a built-in hard drive, so there is no need to purchase cloud storage separately.

a. After the camera triggers an alarm, the camera will enter the working mode, the monitor will automatically play the real-time picture, and the hard disk will start recording. The default maximum recording time is 3 minutes.
b. After the camera alarm ends, the camera will enter the standby state and the monitor will change to a still picture. Once the camera triggers an alarm again, the monitor will automatically display the real-time dynamic picture.
